Sound Recording in India Film

Back from India...

In April 2009 Chris Watson and a group of sound recordists headed to Corbett Tiger Reserve in Northern India on a Wildeye expedition for an unforgettable adventure recording the sounds of the jungle...

Big Cat Footage

(note this is just footage from one camera, not the 35 minute film produced by the team during the trip).

It was a record Big Cat Film Safari for Wildeye with 16 different cheetahs filmed, 5 different leopards, over 30 lions, several servals and much other wildlife. We saw and filmed a number of the big cat stars from BBC's Big Cat Live including Shakira the cheetah with her three cubs, Olive the leopard and her son Kali, and the Marsh pride of lions including Whiteye and Red. By the end of the expedition we had a poduced a 35 minute documentary of the trip.

Big Cat Film Safari - best yet

We've now returned from a record Big Cat Film Safari for Wildeye with 16 different cheetahs filmed,
5 different leopards, over 30 lions, several servals and much other wildlife. Thousands of photographs were taken,
and many hours of video footage. Along the way we caught up with many of the stars of BBC's Big Cat Live
including the leopards Olive and Kali, cheetahs Shakira with her three cubs and the three Honey's boys,
and the Marsh Pride of lions.
